Labour-based property and garden work
From $55+ gst per hour. (This rate applies to manual labour using hand tools only, with no powered equipment).

Equipment-based property and garden work
From $70 +gst per hour. (This rate applies when powered equipment is required).
Examples include:

Lawn mowing

Hedge trimming using electric or petrol trimmers

Water blasting
Quoted work
Some jobs are better priced as a quote, especially when the scope or time required can vary.
Quoted work typically includes:

Large pre-sale tidy-ups

Storm and flood clean-ups

New build landscaping and site tidy-ups

Multi-day or variable-scope jobs
We’ll talk this through with you and confirm pricing before any work starts.
Equipment use
For safety, reliability, and insurance reasons, we use our own equipment for all work. Rates are based on the type of work being carried out, not on who supplies the tools.
Minimum bookings
Most jobs work best with a bit of time to get stuck in, so we have a 2-hour minimum booking.
